Virginia Hamer passed in January of
2021A girl-child was born and
named Virginia Davis who later added Mr. Ernie Hamer
to her family tree of creative and artistic beings; their three children were
born.
Virginia's childhood stories were told as her children grew in knowledge and
understanding. Each wanted to see the faeries that mother saw in the gardens and
in her dreams, as a child; in a time when Faerie Folks whispered their names to
their mother. Virginia's life progressed from childhood to adult. All the while
the fleeting sparks that hovered in the gardens of her neighborhood, contacted
her in dreams and nightmares.
The faerie folks would skitter by as she glimpsed
their reflections in the raindrops on her windows and in the gardens. In the
mind of Virginia, she would ask; "What is your purpose and are you a part of a
plan?"
The manuscript, Spheres within Spheres was written without story structure,
scenes, dialogue revisions. Virginia sat with her fingers on the keys of her
1960's typewriter, creating nine complex realms with a hierarchy.
In 26
chapters, she revealed the angels, spirits and the ever-elusive færies; tales of
realms, of leaders of faeries, groups of entities, births and deaths, laughter
and sorrow, of joy and anger. She tells of Lucifer, born in the Celestial
realms, the highest and most revered realm of the angels. She tells of his
desires, his pride, greed and arrogance that caused his expulsion from his high
status.
When publishers said no, "It's a dictionary;" her agents said, "find the
stories" from her research manuscripts. "Spheres within Spheres Series" is a
collection of the færies, angels and spirits that contacted Virginia since
childhood. At ninety-five-years-young in 2017, over 160 Illustrations of the
faeries, angels and spirits were added for over 50 years and placed into a
binder and nestled on a shelf in her home library.
Virginia is pleased to share her tales with those who wish to know about the
færies that flutter around us every day. Listen and they may speak to you in
your dreams or your nightmares. |
